Additional information
What should I do if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
Contact our secretary as soon as possible to rearrange your appointment.
Do I need a referral letter?
We prefer it if you have a referral letter, but it is not essential to book an appointment.
Should I take anything with me?
It is helpful for our specialist to have a GP summary of your medical history. If you have any, please bring scan or test results, a list of your current medications and dosages, and information on any previous diagnoses.
If you have a timeline of your symptoms, please bring this as well. You should note which symptoms you have experienced, any triggers you may have noticed that cause your symptoms, and how often you experience them.
Can I bring a carer or someone else to my appointment?
Someone else may accompany you, but please do not bring a child if you can make other arrangements.
